PURPOSE: A suede artificial leather of circular knit without migration is provided to minimize migration by wet impregnation. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating an suede artificial leather(1) of circular knit comprises a step of interlacing high shrinkage polyester filament yarn to cation dye-dyeability polyester sea-island yarn or cation dye-dyeability polyester conjugated yarn and circular-knitting. The method also comprises dyeing, reduction-washing, primary thermal treatment, napping, secondary thermal treatment, polyurethane impregnation, third thermal treatment, reduction-washing, washing, and fourth thermal treatment. The method also comprises a step of adding functional agent and a step of performing fifth thermal treatment at 120-170 Deg. C. and 10-40m/minutes.
