<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine abnormal conditions of an air-fuel ratio sensor. <P>SOLUTION: This hybrid vehicle includes an engine 6 supplied with gas fuel, a generator 7 driven by the engine 6 and generating electric power, a battery 9 for storing the generated electric power in the generator 7, and a drive motor 4 driven by receiving the electric power from at least one of the battery 9 and the generator 7. The abnormal conditions of the air-fuel ratio sensor are determined by comparing the actual fuel consumption ratio determined from output of the generator 7 and consumption of the gas fuel with the target fuel consumption ratio. When the air-fuel ratio sensor is determined as abnormal, an output characteristic of the air-fuel ratio sensor is corrected, and an engine speed is increasingly-decreasingly corrected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
