<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery support device a delivery support method, and a program which can support decision of optimal delivery planning of an LP gas cylinder even when omission of meter-reading occurs. <P>SOLUTION: The delivery support device 10 is provided with: a first computation part 11 which calculates usage of gas per one day in a supply destination to which a gas meter corresponds based upon a value obtained by the meter-reading of a gas meter at every gas meter of a building in order to support the decision of delivery planning of the LP gas cylinder, and totals the usage of gas at every calculated gas meter; a second computation part 12 which divides an amount of filling when filling new LP gas to the LP gas cylinder recovered from the building by a period from time when use of the LP gas cylinder is started to time when it is recovered; and a gas usage determination part 13 which compares the totaled value which the first computation part calculates with the divided value which the second computation part calculates, and determines larger one of two values to the usage of gas per one day in the building. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
