<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carton capable of being hung on a place having different thicknesses such as a pocket, belt or shelf. <P>SOLUTION: The backplane of the carton is provided with a downward engaging tongue piece in which the upper part as a hinge part is formed by an incision, and a mountain fold line in the vertical direction is formed on the engaging tongue piece. Further, a valley fold line directed downward from the incision is formed.
