<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a low-price device which allows special regeneration processing such as fast forward, rewind and pause even for streams not having I pictures. <P>SOLUTION: When a group of intra-frame prediction images which complete decode processing with only images in a prescribed area circulate in a one-frame space for a several-frame period, during special regeneration, only the group of intra-frame prediction images are decoded and display is updated to realize the special regeneration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
