<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably prevent rapid disengagement of a clutch without hindering downsizing. <P>SOLUTION: Holding grooves 105, 105, ... in axial direction from front end are formed on an inner circumferential surface of a first gear case 9 for housing an internal gear 23C used for a clutch mechanism, at predetermined intervals in circumferential direction. Each of the holding grooves 105 holds a rubber pin 106.
