SILAZANE COMPOUND BEARING FLUOROALKYL GROUP, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound bearing two fluoroalkyl groups that exhibits high reactivity with an inorganic material and the like and imparts high water and oil repellency and a high sliding-down property with a good balance to an inorganic material treated therewith and the like, and a manufacturing method for the compound.

SOLUTION: The silazane compound bearing two fluoroalkyl groups is represented by general formula (1) (wherein Rfand Rf' are each a fluoroalkyl group; R1is a hydrogen atom or an aliphatic monovalent hydrocarbon group; R2and R3are each an aliphatic monovalent hydrocarbon group; R4is a hydrogen atom or an aliphatic monovalent hydrocarbon group; (a) and (b) are each 0 or 1; m, n and p are each an integer of 0-6; q is an integer of 1-6; and r is 1 or 2). The silazane compound bearing two fluoroalkyl groups imparts high water and oil repellency and a high sliding property with a good balance to an inorganic material treated therewith.
