<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact absorber that can be easily mounted on a vehicle and can be mounted without using a mounting tool. <P>SOLUTION: The impact absorber (10) includes: a body (3); a mounting shaft (11) which is protruded from a mounting surface of the body (3); and locking parts (12, 13). The mounting shaft (11) is configured such that, by inserting the mounting shaft (11) into a mounting hole (21) provided in a mounting target (20) and rotating the body (3) with the mounting shaft (11) as a rotation axis, a distal end of the mounting shaft (11) is overlapped partially with the mounting target (20).
