<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement measuring apparatus which is capable of accurately measuring three-dimensional displacement of a structure such as piping even in the case where the structure such as piping is covered with a warmth retaining member or the like and cannot be irradiated directly with laser light beams or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A displacement measuring apparatus 10 which measures three-dimensional displacement with a structure such as piping as an object 20 to be measured comprises: a displacement detection section 11 which is connected with the object 20 to be measured and displaced synchronously with displacement of the object 20 to be measured; a plurality of non-contact displacement detectors 11x, 11y and 11z which are mounted in the displacement detection section 11 for detecting the three-dimensional displacement of the displacement detection section 11 at least as displacement in each of X, Y and Z directions; a processing section 14 which calculates the three-dimensional displacement of the object 20 to be measured on the basis of detection signals detected by the displacement detectors 11x, 11y and 11z; and a displacement display section 15 which displays the displacement calculated by the processing section 14 as the displacement of the object 20 to be measured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
