PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF REFRACTORY PRODUCTS FROM ZIRCONIUM DIOXIDE

The invention relates to refractory industry and can be used in production of shaped objects for lining of high temperature devices with operation temperature to 2300-2450 °C. A process for the production of refractory products from zirconium dioxide comprises mixing of component parts of furnace charge - granular component and finely divided component at additional adding of plasticizing polymer additive based on polyethylene glycol at their weight ratio from 0.90:0.80:0.02 to 0.70:1.00:0.05. The products are formed, dried and burned. The use of the invention allows to produce refractory products with high compression strength and sufficiently high apparent density and thermal resistance, average open porosity.
