The invention relates to equipment for removal of dust, impurities from carbonation gas and its cooling. A cleaner of carbonation gas consists of a cylindrical body, an inlet pipe and an exhaust pipe. Inside the inlet pipe for carbonation gas a centrifugal spray atomizer is located to disperse hot water, and the pipe itself is adjacent tangentially to the cylindrical body of the cleaner, which has a conical bottom with a drain connection. Above the main chamber of the cleaner an additional cylindrical recovery chamber is coaxially located, inside which centrifugal nozzles are located to disperse cold water. In the case the pipe of gas supply to the additional chamber of the cleaner is also located coaxially to the cleaner body, closed on the top and has guide vanes. The invention provides improved efficiency of removal of dust and detrimental impurities from carbonation gas through successive cleaning hot and then cold water. |
