PURPOSE: A coffee roaster capable of enabling users to safely roast coffee beans is provided to rapidly and completely remove smoke or bad smell contained in roasting gas. CONSTITUTION: A coffee roaster comprises the following: a main body for roasting coffee beans; an outlet pipe(200) installed on the upper inside of the main body to be connected to the outside for discharging roasting gas, having a shape narrowing toward the upper side; a heating filter combusting roasting gas passing through a vent hole for removing smoke and bad smell from the roasting gas; and a heater installed on the lower inside of the outlet pipe. The main body includes a case(100a) with an elevating plate(120) attaching a stirring container(110) to the outlet pipe, and a door(170). The stirring container includes a stirring blade(114) on the bottom for stirring green coffee beans. |
