<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of an interior trim member, capable of easily installing the interior trim member while adjusting a position to a railroad vehicle body structure. <P>SOLUTION: A fastener body 10 for coaxially forming a second female screw 13d and a first female screw 12a and a spacer 20 for coaxially forming a first male screw 20a and a shaft hole 20d and forming a fastening tool engaging part in an opening part of the shaft hole, are integrated by screwing the first male screw 20a in the first female screw 12a, and are installed on an installation rail 52, and the interior trim member 55 is arranged to an inner wall 51. A fastening tool is rotated after being engaged with the fastening tool engaging part 20b, and the spacer 20 is rotated, and the spacer 20 is finely adjusted so as to abut on the interior trim member 55, and is positioned to the inner wall 51 of the interior trim member 55.
