摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align an existent piping member and a newly provided piping member by installing a laser irradiation device easily and surely in such a manner that laser light radiated from the laser irradiation device becomes parallel to an axial line of piping members. <P>SOLUTION: A laser irradiation device 20 is provided which includes a ring-shaped body 21 which is mounted in piping 10 along the outer circumferential surface thereof and can be rotated in the circumferential direction of the piping 10 while being mounted along the outer circumferential surface of the piping 10; and an irradiation means 22 which is provided in a part of the ring-shaped body 21 and radiates laser light along a ring axis direction of the ring-shaped body 21 with laser light. The ring-shaped body 21 includes a plurality of rollers 28 whose rotary axis extends along the ring axis direction and which are disposed around the ring axis, and connecting members 23, 25, 29 for connecting the rollers being neighboring to each other around the ring axis among these rollers 28. At least one of the connecting members 23, 25, 29 is a tension applying member 25 which applies tension in such a direction that the rollers 28 neighboring to each other around the ring axis to be connected are made closer to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
