<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>recovery apparatus adapted to efficiently recover CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, to reduce the consumption of a CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>absorbing solution and to reduce an operation cost. <P>SOLUTION: The CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>recovery apparatus 10 includes a cooling tower 16 including a cooling part 11 cooling exhaust gas 14A by bringing CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>-containing exhaust gas 14A into contact with water 15; a CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>absorbing part 12 removing CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>from exhaust gas 14B by bringing the exhaust gas 14B into contact with the CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>absorbing solution (a lean solution) 17; and a regeneration tower 21 including an absorbing solution regenerating part 13 that regenerates the CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>absorbing solution 17 by releasing CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>from a rich solution 18. The CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>absorbing part 12 includes a parallel flow CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>absorbing part 19 provided inside a parallel flow CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>absorbing tower 22 and removing CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>from the exhaust gas 14B by bringing the exhaust gas 14B into contact with the CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>absorbing solution 17 in a parallel flow state; and a counterflow CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>absorbing part 20 provided inside a CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>absorbing tower 23 and removing CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>from exhaust gas 14C by bringing the exhaust gas 14C into contact with the CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>absorbing solution 17 in a counterflow state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
