<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an "application end batch download system" for acquiring and downloading similar applications as well as a memory card or the like in a batch from an application providing department only by performing a procedure operation for downloading applications one time. <P>SOLUTION: In-vehicle equipment including communication means which can be connected to an Internet network is configured to request an application providing department to provide a plurality of specific applications in a batch. One of the transmitted applications is installed in the in-vehicle equipment which has made the provision request, and the other applications are downloaded in a memory card or the like. This memory card is inserted into the other in-vehicle equipment so that the applications can be installed in the equipment. When the application is available only by a preliminarily registered person, the registrant acquires his or her ID.
