<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel attached color filter having a protective layer with excellent hardness and adhesion on the outermost surface of a touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: A touch panel attached color filter includes: a transparent substrate; a touch panel including a touch panel sensor layer formed on one surface of the transparent substrate and a protective layer formed on the touch panel sensor layer; and a color filter formed on the other surface of the transparent substrate. The protective layer includes an adhesion layer including a resin for the adhesion layer and formed into a pattern, and a hardness layer including a resin for the hardness layer and formed into a pattern, in which the adhesion layer and the hardness layer are formed in this order. The adhesion layer has a pencil hardness of 2H or less, and the hardness layer has a pencil hardness of 4H or more.
