<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag making automatic packaging machine capable of automatically sealing a sheet-like electrode into a bag as a separator manufactured one by one from a rolled film and high in production efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The bag making automatic packaging machine includes a bag making portion 10 for producing a bag (g) one by one from the roll packaging film, a conveying belt conveyor 38 having a vacuum suction device on a lower surface of a belt having a plurality of small holes, a delivery belt conveyer 48 for intermittently conveying the bag on a separating belt conveyer 27 of the bag making portion onto the conveying belt conveyer 38, a guide track 60 having a plurality of guides 70 for storing and inserting the supplied sheet-like electrode (m) into the bag (g) in such a manner of freely advancing and retracting and freely opening and closing laterally and having a base 63 of the guides on an outer periphery of a guide belt intermittently rotated synchronously with the belt of the conveying belt conveyer 38, and a point seal means 80 for performing point sealing in the predetermined part near an opening portion (h) of the bag (g) in which the sheet-like electrode (m) is stored. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
