<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for automatically registering a tire ID which can simplify a system configuration and can secure the accuracy of tire ID registration. <P>SOLUTION: In a provisional registration mode, a TPMS receiver 12 provisionally registers the tire ID during the traveling of a vehicle 1 when receiving the tire ID from a tire communicator 4, and provisionally registers the tire ID in itself every time the tire ID is received. Furthermore, in the provisional registration of the tire ID, reception signal intensity at the reception of the tire ID is also provisionally registered together with the tire ID. At the termination of the provisional registration mode, the four tire IDs with the high reception signal intensity among the provisionally registered tire IDs are definitively registered as the tire IDs of a user's own vehicle in the TPMS receiver 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
