<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct computer environments equal to those of various user PCs as malware analysis environments and to execute a program in the computer environments. <P>SOLUTION: An execution environment construction device 20 comprises: an environment configuration data preparation part for calculating a demand degree of environment configuration data close to user environment information DB requested by a user and constructing an execution environment on execution terminals 50 on the basis of the demand degree; and an environment configuration data selection part for selecting, from the execution terminals 50 where the execution environment is constructed, the one having the environment configuration data of high environmental similarity with user environment information.
