<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller bearing sealing device, capable of preventing rust from remaining in a filter of the sealing device by preventing the entry of moisture into a vent hole of the sealing device. <P>SOLUTION: The sealing device 6 includes an annular seal case 11 fixed to the end of an outer ring 2, and an annular seal body 12 having a base end fixed to the peripheral surface of the seal case 11 and a front end contacting an inner ring 1 to seal a bearing space. The seal case 11 has a communication hole 15 to be communicated with the inside/outside of the bearing, and the communication hole 15 has the filter 16 gas-permeable for interrupting moisture and oil.
