<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which allows a player to play the game while allowing the player to expect the possibility that the game state is an advantageous state even if the game machine imparts a probability variable state for a period until a symbol variable game is executed for a specified number of times. <P>SOLUTION: Either when a small winning game is imparted or when a second non-specified 8R jackpot game or a third non-specified 8R jackpot game is imparted while a certain game is in a non-variable short state as well as in a probability non-changeable state, a jackpot-in-progress signal is not output to a fifth output terminal during the winning games.
