<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refining equipment configured to detect the leakage of a powder blowing tank with a simple structure and a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The refining equipment includes a powder blowing tank 1, a hopper 5 and a powder dispensing valve 6 for supplying a powder to the powder blowing tank 1, a pressurized gas supply source 12 and a pressurizing valve 13 for supplying a pressured gas to the powder blowing tank 1 to accumulate the pressure in the tank 1, a load detecting sensor 15 for detecting the load of the powder blowing tank 1, a tank seal valve 8 for sealing the powder blowing tank 1 when a powder is blown, the valve 8 being arranged on a powder supply route from the hopper 5 to the tank 1, and an expansion pipe 7 which connects between the powder dispensing valve 6 and the tank seal valves 8 and is expanded and contracted in the load detecting direction of the load detecting sensor 15; wherein the leakage of the powder blowing tank 1 is determined based on a load actual value measured with the load detecting sensor 15 and a previously set load control value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
