<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment device for ballast water, which can reliably kill plankton and bacteria in the ballast water and prevent discharge of remaining bactericidal agent to the sea without regard to a form of a ballast tank of a ship. <P>SOLUTION: The ballast tank is configured with a bottom tank 1 which is coupled to a bottom tank water discharging water line 8 that discharges the ballast water to the sea through a pump 14 and a top side tank 2 that directly discharges the ballast water to the sea, and a reducing agent supply device has a reducing agent supply device 9 for bottom tank discharging water, which supplies a reducing agent to a position in an upstream side of the pump of the bottom tank water discharging water line 8 coupled to the bottom tank 1, and a reducing agent supply device 10 for top side tank, which supplies the reducing agent to the top side tank 2 and spreads the reducing agent in the ballast water in the top side tank 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
