<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture using a penis position holding/fixing method utilizing a penis structure and the utilization method of urination care product for the time of nursing, wherein while it is difficult to hold a fixed state by the mechanism of the conventional penis fixture, the utilization method of the urination care product holding the appropriate position of the penis is not established or guided when caring for urination, and thus mental and physical burdens on a care receiving side and mental burdens on a caring side are large. <P>SOLUTION: The first invention is the penis fixture (T, PP) for holding and fixing the position of the penis, wherein a pair of penis pressurizing parts forming a mutually separated and parallel state pressurizes both side faces of the penis while keeping the state.
