<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a groove and clearance nozzle for a vacuum cleaner, wherein a narrow hose is employed as a suction port so that the nozzle can be inserted into a groove of a several millimeters in width and handled in a closed place of several centimeters. <P>SOLUTION: In the groove and clearance nozzle for a vacuum cleaner, the nozzle (1) is processed in a shape that enables the narrow hose to be connected thereto and the narrow hose (2) is connected to the nozzle so as to be exposed by several dozen centimeters.
