<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spindle motor, more specifically, a spindle motor comprising a stator core mounted on a sleeve holder. <P>SOLUTION: The spindle motor includes: a sleeve rotatably supporting a shaft; a sleeve holder supporting the sleeve and formed through a pressing process; a stator core fixedly mounted on an outer circumferential surface of the sleeve holder; and a pulling magnet fixedly mounted on an upper surface of the stator core.
