METHOD FOR DETECTION OF DYNAMIC ANGULAR MISALIGNMENT OF A ROTOR UNIT

A method for the detection of dynamic angular misalignment of rotor unit under effect of hidden defects of remote supports of a multi-support stationary rotor machine is in continuous registration of amplitudes of vibration of the axis of rotor on the rotor support near the centering point in the range of informative frequencies, in plane normal to the axis of the shaft line shafting, registration of hodograph of precession of the rotor axis. One determines the angular displacement of the plane of rotor axis precession hodograph from plane normal to the axis of the shaft line shafting.
