A unit for making lactic cheese comprises a semicircular vat, heat and coolant carrier pipings, presses, traverses, a drive, a hydrocylinder with a rod, electric motors with removable working elements, churns and fans. In doing so in a single unit the following stages are carried out: adding a starter culture, ripening, isolating the whey, washing, drying the granular curd. |
