A method for assessing the effectiveness of treatment of chronic inflammatory gynecological diseases and bacterial vaginosis at the sanatorium stage, which comprises obtaining subjective data as a result of history taking, examination in the mirrors of the mucous membrane of the vagina and cervix, assess the nature of the discharge, perform bimanual research and objective data obtained through laboratory studies known means, including of aminotest, determining pH of the vaginal smear microscopy, determination of the KLA and the study of immediate and long-term results, based on a dynamic assessment criteria for efficacy, scoring features are selected as performance criteria and design data in tabular form, where as performance criteria results clinical and laboratory data are used, which are evaluated in points, besides, additional performance criteria include population health patients obtained by questionnaire. |
