PURPOSE: A manganese oxide nano-wire, a secondary battery including the same and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance excellent effects when the manganese oxide nano-wire is applied to the excellent effect is shown in terms of the secondary battery, oxygen generator or oxidation-reduction catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A manganese oxide nano-wire has 20 or more aspect ratios. The manganese oxide nano-wire is BMnO2, γMnOOH or LixMn2O4 nano-wire. The width of the manganese oxide nano-wire is 15-50 nano meters. The manganese oxide nano-wire is used for the secondary battery. A manufacturing method of the manganese oxide nano-wires comprises the following steps: manufacturing a mixed solution including manganese and oxidant; adjusting the pH by adding alkali hydroxide to the mixture; and reacting the mixture in which the pH is controlled at 50-200 deg. Celsius for 1 hour-10 days. The pH is 9.3-10.5. 500 parts by weight of the oxidant is mixed based on 100 parts by weight of the manganese. |
