PURPOSE: A method for extracting a 3D stream boundary line is provided to extract a stream boundary line using LiDAR(Light Detection and Ranging) dat and aerial pictures, thereby enabling a user to efficiently detect the stream boundary line without visiting a site. CONSTITUTION: A stream boundary line extracting program extracts a 2D stream boundary line from an aerial picture(S100). The program receives LiDAR(Light Detection and Ranging) point group data. The program generates a LiDAR digital surface model(S200). The program generates a 3D stream boundary line by applying the generated 2D stream boundary line based on the LiDAR digital surface model(S300).
