PURPOSE: A producing method of butter containing ajoene using milk fan containing the ajoene is provided to enable users to mass-produce the butter containing the ajoene. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of butter containing ajoene comprises the following steps: preparing a garlic material containing allicin selected from garlic puree, garlic juice, dried garlic powder, or a garlic extract; mixing the garlic material with milk fat; heating the mixture to obtain the milk fat containing the ajoene; cooling the heated mixture, and fermenting or aging the mixture; churning, or centrifugal-separating the mixture to obtain butter particles; and adding salt or food dye into the butter particles, and working the butter particles.
