摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge device capable of enhancing the yield by minimizing variation in the characteristics of an object, and to provide a discharge method and a manufacturing method of an LED module. <P>SOLUTION: The discharge device comprises nozzles 33, 35 which discharge a liquid material, a control unit 10 which controls the nozzles 33, 35 to discharge the liquid material, an optical characteristics measurement unit 36 which measures the optical characteristic values of an LED module 50 from which the liquid material is discharged, and a characteristics determination unit 11 which determines whether or not the difference between the optical characteristic values thus measured and a predetermined target value falls within a predetermined range.
