<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively detect contamination of powder by foreign matter. <P>SOLUTION: A holding mechanism 12 holds a bottle 14 containing powder from a lateral side in a state of standing in a vertical direction. The holding mechanism 12 is rotated in a horizontal direction to make the bottle 14 laid, and the laid bottle 14 is supported from below by a support base 34. A vibration device 32 makes the bottle vibrate via the support base 34, to make the powder in the bottle move in one direction. Subsequently, a front part of the powder moving in the bottle 14 laid on the support base 34 is photographed, and foreign matter moved by the vibration more largely than the powder is detected based on a photographed image of the bottle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
