摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device that accurately detects whether or not an overcurrent flows through a plurality of semiconductor switch elements connected in parallel. <P>SOLUTION: A drive device 100 includes: a first semiconductor switch element IGBT1; a detection node SO for detecting a current at a second terminal E of the first semiconductor switch element IGBT1; at least one semiconductor switch element IGBT2 connected in parallel with the first semiconductor switch element IGBT1; a drive circuit DR for driving the first semiconductor switch element IGBT1 and the at least one semiconductor switch element IGBT2; a first resistance RG1; and at least one set of resistances RG2, RE2 and at least one set of common mode filters LG2, LE2. A resistance value of RG1 is equal to the sum of a resistance value of RG2 and a resistance value of RE2.
