PURPOSE: A bicycle path management operation system and investigating device thereof are provided to systematically operate and manage a bicycle path. CONSTITUTION: A data collecting unit(130) collects environment data required for a bicycle path, state data, and position data. A data storing/processing unit(140) stores environment data and state data corresponding to a bicycle road location. The data storing/processing unit stores data which is collected from the data collecting unit. |
