PURPOSE: A valve with at least one closing member is provided to permanently implement the pretension of a closing member toward permanently opened and closed positions with an elastic member. CONSTITUTION: A valve with at least one closing member comprises a drive(3). A closing member(1) opens and closes at least one penetrated opening part(2) of the valve. The drive moves the closing member between a closed position and at least one opened position. The closed position is a position where the closing member closes the penetrated opening part. The opened position is a position where the closing member moves to open the penetrated opening part. The drive comprises a first volume(4) and at least one other volume(5). The first volume is pressed to move the closing member to the closed position.
