PURPOSE: A pipe bending apparatus for a domestic waste transfer pipe with an inner spray coating layer is provided to bend a straight pipe with an inner spray coating layer at normal temperature without deformation of the spray coating layer. CONSTITUTION: A pipe bending apparatus for a domestic waste transfer pipe with an inner spray coating layer comprises the steps of: washing the inner side of the section of a straight transfer pipe to be formed into a curved pipe and preheating the transfer pipe to 80-350°C in a vacuum condition(S100), preparing tungsten powder with a diameter of 10-100Mn to be coated on the inner side of a transfer pipe, spraying molten tungsten powder by plasma spray using inactive gas of 700-1200°C as a heating source at 600-1000m/sec to form a spray coating layer with a thickness of 100-500Mm on the inner side of the straight transfer pipe(S300), high-frequency bending the straight transfer pipe with the spray coating layer into a curved pipe in an atmosphere of 500-2000°C(S400), and sintering the spray coating layer and finishing the surface(S500).
