<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating unit for improving installation work efficiency, and reducing cost. <P>SOLUTION: This illuminating unit 1 includes a pair of bus bars 3 having a pair of electrode contact parts 30 connected to an electrode 22 of a bulb 2 and a pair of terminals 32, a plate-like lens 5 for transmitting the light of the bulb 2, and a housing 6 arranged in the lens 5 and storing the pair of terminals 32.
