<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a young moss seedling and its production method enabling quick growth of the young moss seedling and necessitating a short curing period for producing a moss mat, and to provide the moss mat. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a young moss seedling is characterized in that a gametophyte 18 having a cormus of mosses is grown in air while moving the gametophyte under acceleration force, the air contains vapor or mist of an aqueous liquid, and the mosses are grown under a lighted condition modulated with artificial light or natural light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
