<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter with a touch panel electrode for use in a display device with an in-cell type touch panel that has a structure for avoiding generation of residue in the color filter layer forming process, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The color filter with a touch panel electrode includes: a touch panel electrode layer and a color filter layer superposed in order from one-side surface of a transparent substrate; an intermediate layer disposed between the touch panel electrode layer and the color filter layer, the intermediate layer separating both the layers; and an inorganic film layer disposed between the intermediate layer and the color filter layer and comprising an insulating transparent film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
