<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric apparatus device which can be manufactured in a simpler method. <P>SOLUTION: A substrate 62 is mounted to the surface of a cooler 70 by brazing, and a pedestal 72 and a boss 74 for fixing a reactor device 64 and a converter device 66 are mounted on the back face of the cooler 70 by brazing. Due to this configuration, the substrate 62, the pedestal 72, and the boss 74 can be collectively mounted to the cooler 70 by brazing. Thus, compared to a case where the substrate 62 is soldered to the cooler 70 and then, the reactor device 64 and the converter device 66 are brazed, this electric apparatus device can be manufactured in the simpler method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
