<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller leveler with which the back flow of the scale which is blown off from a metallic sheet to be straightened to the metallic sheet to be straightened is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The roller leveler 100 includes: a leveling roller unit 20 having a plurality of levelling rollers 6, 8 which are arranged zigzag above and below the pass line of a metallic sheet P to be straightened and rotated so as to pass the metallic sheet while holding and straightening the metallic sheet P; hydraulic screw-down cylinders 4 with which the metallic sheet is screwed down through the leveling rollers 6, 8; and driving devices 15, 16 passing the metallic sheet by rotating the leveling rollers 6, 8. The leveling roller unit 20 is provided between adjacent leveling rollers 6 (8) along the sheet passing direction of the metallic sheet P and has fluid flow forming means 21, 22 for forming the flow of fluid, by which the scale separated from the surface of the metallic sheet P is blown off to the side of the ends in the width direction of the metallic sheet is formed between the leveling rollers 6 (8) and straightening members 19 for guiding the fluid flow to the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
