<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device for a surplus sludge transfer pipe which cleaning device certainly cleans the interior of a transfer pipe that transfers surplus sludge during operation of a sludge disposal system. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning device cleans a surplus sludge transfer pipe that transfers surplus sludge for methane fermentation, and includes a high-temperature steam jetting unit which jets high-temperature steam to the interior of the surplus sludge transfer pipe. It is preferable that the cleaning device further includes a heat exchanging unit which exchanges heat between post-heating surplus sludge heated by the high-temperature steam and pre-heating surplus sludge. It is also preferable that the heat exchanging unit is of a double-pipe structure composed of a surplus sludge transfer pipe that transfers the post-heating surplus sludge and a surplus sludge transfer pipe that transfers the pre-heating surplus sludge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
