<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save power without having effects arising from pedal operation on reproduction sounds. <P>SOLUTION: A keyboard instrument is provided in which, when a depression depth of a damper pedal exceeds a hold depth H, a limit value LMT is set to a pedal target depth, and is set to a hold depth H after a prescribed time has passed, and the damper pedal thereby returns to the hold depth H after reaching the limit value LMT, and thereafter when being controlled to maintain the hold depth H, the damper petal maintains a state in which the hold depth H is set to the pedal target depth until the pedal target depth becomes lower than the hold depth H, and control for the damper pedal to maintain the hold depth H is thereby continued. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
