<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a voltage after superimposition from exceeding a predetermined leak voltage when the duty ratio of an AC voltage on which a DC voltage is superimposed is switched. <P>SOLUTION: A high voltage power source device comprises: a pulse oscillation part that outputs a pulse signal used for forming an AC voltage waveform; an AC voltage generation part that generates an AC voltage of a level predetermined according to a pulse signal output from the pulse oscillation part; a DC voltage superimposition part that superimposes a DC voltage on the generated AC voltage; and an AC voltage adjustment part that adjusts the waveform of a pulse signal output from the pulse oscillation part. When a duty ratio for a pulse signal output from the pulse oscillation part is altered, the AC voltage adjustment part changes the difference between the average voltage level of a voltage value indicating the pulse signal from the point at which the generation of the pulse signal, serving as a pulse signal for altering the duty ratio is started, and the average voltage level of a voltage value indicating a pulse signal up to that time, such that the difference is smaller than a predetermined value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
