<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit that shares terminals while keeping functions intact. <P>SOLUTION: The oscillation circuit includes: an internal circuit 70 for, according to an input signal inputted into a first terminal A, controlling an oscillation frequency of oscillation output outputted to a second terminal B; an internal memory 40 for storing data inputted, according to a clock signal inputted into either of the first terminal A and the second terminal B, into the other terminal; and switches SW10,11 for switching the connection of the first terminal A and the second terminal B to either of the internal circuit 70 and the internal memory 40 in accordance with a voltage inputted into power terminals (VDD, VSS terminals). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
