<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a frame rate even when all the imaging parts constituting a multi-eye camera do not capture a moving object. <P>SOLUTION: At a step S1001, imaging parts 101 to 109 capture images with respectively shifted time. At a step S1002, captured image data captured at the step S1001 undergoes moving object discrimination processing mentioned-below. At a step S1003, imaging timing determination processing is performed on the basis of the result of the moving object discrimination processing at the step S1002.
