<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a reactor that is capable of relatively positioning an inside core portion and an outside core portion and that is superior in productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The following processes are provided for manufacturing a reactor 1 that comprises; a magnetic core 3 that is constituted by a plurality of core pieces 31m, 32m and a gap material 31g, and a coil 2 that is located on a part of the magnetic core 3. The processes are; a process for providing inside core portions 31 that are located inside a coil 2 in the magnetic core 3, a process for providing outside core portions 32 that are one pair of outside core portions, whose inner end faces 32e that sandwich the inside core 31 are composed of one plane, and that are located on both end faces of the coil 2, opposing with respect to each other, in the magnet core 3, a process of forming a positioning member that joins at least one of a gap material and a core piece as the positioning member to the inner end surface 32e of the outside core portion 32, and a bonding process for bonding the inside core portions 31 and the outside core portions 32 together after positioning both cores 31 and 32 using the positioning members. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
